Serves: 2
Ingredients:
180g sea bass
150g cooked & peeled prawns
270g pot of VeeTee white rice
200g broccoli
1 jar of Asda tomato & grilled pepper stir in sauce
1 cup of plain flour
Splash of olive oil
Method:
Get a pan on a medium high heat, and add the olive oil (along with a little butter if you like).
Season the sea bass with salt & pepper, then coat in the flour. Add it to the pan (skin side down) and cook for approx. 5 minutes on each side.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and drop the broccoli in for 4 minutes, then drain.
Once the fish has cooked, remove it from the pan, set it on a paper towel, and add the prawns to the pan.
Put the rice in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Allow the prawns to heat for 2 minutes, reduce the heat and empty the jar of sauce into the pan (rinse the jar with a splash of water and add the remainder to the pan).
Put the rice, broccoli and sea bass on a plate and top with the cooked prawn sauce.
