Ingredients:

  • Approx.. 400g pork loin steaks
  • 100g ready sliced mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese 5 spice
  • Amoy dark soy sauce
  • Flying Goose Brand sriracha hot sauce
 
 

Method (meat):

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Whilst its heating up put your pork steaks on a tray and cover in the Chinese 5 spice.
  2. Place the tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, remove pork from the oven and drain the water. Put a pan on a high heat and add the mushrooms to the pan.
  4. Stack the 4 pork steaks on top of each other (to save time and mess), slice, add to pan with mushrooms, add soy sauce and allow too cook for a few minutes. Keep the mixture moving.
  5. Turn heat off completely, squeeze over your preferred amount of Sriracha sauce and stir to coat the meat… Done.
